Founded in December of 1995 by Orlando L. Blanco, BLANCO
WILCZYNSKI, P.C. is the only firm in the State of Michigan
specializing in the representation of Emergency Medical Service
providers, including both public and private pre-hospital
care providers, volunteer groups, and Emergency Medical Technicians.
With a staff recognized nationally and locally for its expertise,
BLANCO WILCZYNSKI, P.C. offers comprehensive legal services
to this highly specialized group, including civil litigation,
employment matters, contracts, regulatory compliance and licensure
actions. The firm also provides important medical-legal education
in a variety of settings, including EMS EXPOS, accredited
Critical Care courses, national, state and local seminars,
and individual company training.
In addition to working with the EMS community, BLANCO WILCZYNSKI,
P.C. represents a number of clients—both large and small—in
the transportation industry, including companies involved
in busing, trucking, and rental cars, and public and private
medical and non-medical transportation services. We also provide
legal and consulting services to insurance companies, self-insurers,
insurance brokers and agents, third party claims administrators
and others in the insurance industry.

in a wide array of legal matters involving both civil and
commercial legal services.
Notably, with the establishment of a number of important
commercial and individual international client contacts including
government agencies abroad, BLANCO WILCZYNSKI, P.C. is able

Michigan suburb of Troy, with affiliate offices in Cleveland,
Ohio, and Geneva, Switzerland. Our lawyers are licensed to
